Traditional Foods was established in 1993 as a manufacturer of premium quality cakes and puddings. In 2001, the company commissioned a new state of the art facility in South Dandenong, Victoria, with the intention of becoming a major force within the gourmet baked food category. This facility has been specifically designed to allow high capacity production whilst retaining the ability to quickly respond to customer requirements – both on a retail and contract manufacture basis. The facility is HACCP accredited.
Traditional Foods manufactures a complete range of gourmet fruit cakes, fruit mince pies, Christmas puddings and cookies. The products are sold through leading retailers throughout Australia, and also contract manufactured for a number of major retail and manufacturing organizations.

Since displaying at Fine Food in Sydney, 2003, Traditional Foods products have been enjoyed internationally. Strong sales have been achieved in New Zealand, the Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, Mauritius, Dubai, New Caledonia and Fiji.
